Devan Arnold Bouge, a 24-year-old resident of Spokane, WA, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2018. Devan was at home with his girlfriend, Sasha Ross Gibson, when the incident occurred. According to reports, Sasha's estranged husband, Donovan Gibson, forcibly entered their home and opened fire, resulting in Devan's death and leaving Sasha critically injured.
