In the early morning hours of November 3, 2019, a tragic incident unfolded in the South Park neighborhood of Seattle, claiming the life of 56-year-old Sam Nang Lam. A Vietnamese immigrant who had moved to the United States to build a better life for his family, Lam was asleep in his home on the 1000 block of South Donovan Street when the unthinkable happened.
