In the early hours of May 8, 2020, the life of Nelvin Lenard Tucker, a 51-year-old Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in Tacoma, Washington. The events that led to his death began to unfold inside his apartment at the Scenic Pines complex, stemming from a dispute with a man he had treated like a son.
