In the early hours of May 14, 2020, a tragic event unfolded in a home in Sequim, Washington, resulting in the death of 32-year-old James Faber Jr. The incident, which also claimed the lives of his sister, Samantha Faber, 34, and their acquaintance, Jacob M. Hunter, 25, has been described by authorities as a double murder-suicide. Hunter, who had been living at the Faber's residence on Sheldon Lane, is considered the sole suspect in the shootings.
