On a summer evening in Seattle, Washington, 18-year-old Adriel Terrell Webb, a Black male, was fatally shot on July 20, 2020. A recent graduate of Seattle Urban Academy, Webb had his sights set on the future, with plans to study engineering at Highline Community College that fall.
