Palmer Lee Rousey, aged 48, tragically lost his life on November 9, 1991, in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. He was one of four individuals murdered in a shocking incident that evening. The perpetrator, Robert Daigneau, opened fire on an automobile, killing Palmer Rousey, Fred "Junior" Alsman, Tom Bannister, and Donna Daigneau. Robert Daigneau later took his own life that same evening.
