In the late summer of 2014, the community of Harrodsburg, Kentucky, was shaken by the deaths of a long-time couple. On August 31, 2014, Darrel Bruce Noel, a 71-year-old male, and his wife of fifty years, Glenda Noel, also 71, were found deceased at their residence. The incident was investigated by law enforcement as a murder-suicide.
