Tommy Ray Rice, a 51-year-old resident of Viper, Kentucky, passed away on January 4, 2015, at his residence. He was the son of Bernard R. Rice and the late Hannah Smith. Tommy was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Fannie Caudill Rice, and his half-brother, Michael Cochran. He is survived by his three daughters, Desiree Collett, LaHannah Gail Rice, and Lyndsey Marie Rice, as well as two sisters, Mary Sue Bennati and Paula Kay Rice.
