Dealynn O'Connor, aged 51, was found dead in her home in Smiths Grove, Kentucky, on June 17, 2016. Her death was the result of a fatal gunshot wound. This tragic incident came just months after she had survived a brutal attack in January 2016, where she was kidnapped, stabbed, and robbed in Radcliff, Kentucky.
