On a Halloween night in Louisville, Kentucky, as children were out trick-or-treating, 29-year-old Brandon L. Jordan-Corcoran, a Black/African American male, tragically lost his life. The incident occurred on October 31, 2016, at the intersection of 28th and Market streets in the Russell neighborhood.
