Caesarrae Rapier, a 33-year-old resident of Morganfield, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on January 20, 2017. Rapier was known for his love of family, fishing, coaching, working out, and playing games with his children. His untimely death was part of a double homicide that also claimed the life of George Black Jr., aged 28.
