In the summer of 2017, a quiet community in Bronston, Kentucky, was shattered by a violent and tragic event that claimed the life of a local man. Lilburn Scott Holbrook, a 50-year-old white male, was fatally shot on July 6, 2017. Known to his friends and family, Holbrook was a meat packer for Kroger Grocery Store and a father. His life was cut short in a brutal act of violence that would leave the community in shock.
