Myron Flanagan, a 42-year-old resident of Bronston, Kentucky, was fatally shot on August 18, 2024. The incident occurred at an apartment complex located at 1760 Highway 90 in Bronston.

When law enforcement responded to a call reporting a gunshot victim, they found Myron Flanagan deceased near his residence at the apartment complex. The suspect, identified as Kevin L. Jasgarszewski, age 50, was also a resident of the same apartment building as the victim.
