David Mackins, a 42-year-old resident of Hickman, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on January 27, 2018. The incident occurred in the afternoon, and the Kentucky State Police were notified of a reported shooting on Holley Court in Hickman City. Upon arrival, they discovered that David Mackins had suffered injuries consistent with being shot. The Fulton County Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene.
