In the fall of 2018, the life of 28-year-old Royce Lee Buford was cut tragically short in Louisville, Kentucky. On the morning of Tuesday, October 23, 2018, a mysterious event unfolded when an unidentified individual brought Buford to Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.
