In the autumn of 2019, the community of Manchester, Kentucky, was touched by the sorrowful passing of Elsie Ruth Bishop. A 54-year-old Caucasian woman, Elsie was a familiar face in the small town, having been born in nearby Jack's Creek on May 9, 1965. Her life, however, came to an end on Monday, October 14, 2019.
