In the early morning hours of February 19, 2021, the life of Jackie Lee Crowley, a 28-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Louisville, Kentucky. Responding to a call of a shooting at approximately 12:30 a.m., Louisville Metro Police Department officers arrived at the 3700 block of East Wheatmore Drive in the Jacobs neighborhood to find Mr. Crowley suffering from a gunshot wound.
