In the small community of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, the life of 43-year-old Kenneth Allen Harris was cut short in a violent encounter that left friends and family in mourning. A white/caucasian male, Harris was a familiar face in the area, but on June 20, 2021, his life came to a sudden and tragic end inside a home on Valleydale Road in Floyd County.
