In the summer of 2021, a grim discovery was made in rural Estill County, Kentucky, shattering the tranquility of the area. On the morning of July 7th, the body of 50-year-old Cindy Donnela Stevens-Roberts, a Caucasian female from Irvine, was found lying in the middle of Marbleyard Road.
