In the summer of 2021, a grim discovery was made in rural Estill County, Kentucky, shattering the tranquility of the area. On the morning of July 7th, the body of 50-year-old Cindy Donnela Stevens-Roberts, a Caucasian female from Irvine, was found lying in the middle of Marbleyard Road. Emergency crews responded to a 911 call just after 10:00 a.m. and found Stevens-Roberts deceased at the scene.
