Jamar Patterson Jr., a 22-year-old resident of Lexington, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on August 2, 2021. On that fateful morning, around 7 a.m., officers responded to a call at Armstrong Mill Road and Delong Road, where they found Patterson suffering from a gunshot wound on the side of the street. Despite the efforts of the Lexington Fire Department, Patterson was pronounced dead at the scene.
