In the fall of 2021, a young woman's life was tragically cut short in what authorities have described as an act of domestic violence. On the evening of October 17th, police in Ashland, Kentucky, responded to a call for a medical emergency at a residence on Montgomery Avenue. Inside the home, they found 24-year-old Angel Brianna Rowe, a female, suffering from a gunshot wound.
