In the winter chill of December 27, 2021, a verbal dispute outside the Mountain Stop Store in Kings Mountain, Kentucky, escalated into a fatal encounter for Gregory T. Galloway, a 33-year-old male. An argument with another individual resulted in Galloway being shot. Despite his severe injury, he managed to enter the store and ask the clerk to call for emergency assistance before he collapsed.
