Dane M Whitfield

Dane M. Whitfield, a 31-year-old man, was tragically shot and killed on April 24, 2013, while driving in the West Pullman neighborhood on Chicago's South Side. Whitfield was struck by gunfire around 5:30 p.m., causing him to crash his vehicle into a utility pole and a house after hitting a parked car. He was transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Police had no immediate information on the motive behind the shooting.
