In the quiet town of Hastings, Minnesota, the life of Jason C. Reuter, a 34-year-old White/Caucasian male, was abruptly cut short on the evening of June 22, 2014. Just before 10 p.m., the sound of gunshots shattered the peace on the 1200 block of Eddy Street. When police arrived, they discovered Jason's body in the front yard of his own home, the victim of a fatal shooting.
