Charles O'Connell, a 20-year-old resident of Stillwater, MN, tragically lost his life on January 19, 2018. The incident occurred in a residential neighborhood on the 100 block of Bayberry Avenue Court. At approximately 7 p.m., the Stillwater Police Department was dispatched to Lakeview Hospital following a report of a gunshot victim. O'Connell had been transported to the hospital in a private vehicle after being shot. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries within hours.
