On March 28, 2016, LaDavid Pegues, aged 23, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Memphis, Tennessee. The shooting took place in the Whitehaven area of Memphis, where Pegues was reportedly found on the street, having succumbed to gunshot wounds. His death occurred amidst a particularly violent period in Memphis, which experienced numerous shootings and homicides that year.
