In the early hours of a Saturday in Memphis, Tennessee, the life of Adarrell Sr. Anderson, a 45-year-old man, was brought to a violent and abrupt end. On May 27, 2017, at approximately 2:10 a.m., police responded to a call of a shooting at the intersection of Walnut Street and Polk Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered a 1998 Lincoln riddled with bullets. Inside, slumped over in the driver's seat, was Anderson, who had been shot multiple times.
