On March 19, 2021, Regina Theresa Hughes, a 46-year-old White female, was tragically killed in her Rockford, Minnesota, home. The series of events that led to the discovery of her death began when neighbors reported a vehicle that had been left running in a driveway on Woodhill Court for over an hour.
