Michael Lee Bell-McCalister, a 23-year-old resident of Minneapolis, was fatally shot on March 28, 2022. The incident occurred around 5:25 p.m. near the intersection of East Franklin Avenue and South 4th Avenue. Bell-McCalister was found inside a vehicle that had crashed into the porch of an apartment building.
