A dispute between two drivers that began near St. Cloud, Minnesota, escalated over a stretch of more than 40 miles, tragically ending in the death of 61-year-old William Floyd Haire on a Sunday afternoon. The white male from Buffalo, Minnesota, was involved in a prolonged altercation with another motorist on April 17, 2022.
