On December 26, 2022, the body of a Caucasian female, identified as 41-year-old Kimberly Ann Robinson of the Eyota and Rochester area, was discovered in a tragic turn of events. A person walking their dog in Cascade Township, just outside of Rochester, Minnesota, made the grim find when their dog pulled them towards a snowy ditch off West River Road. There, they saw what appeared to be an arm sticking out of the snow and immediately contacted law enforcement.
