In the summer of 2017, the community of Winfield, Kansas, was struck by the tragic death of Jacob Andes, a 25-year-old Caucasian male. His life was cut short on July 11, 2017, leaving behind a grieving family and a young daughter. The events leading to the discovery of his passing began with a fire that consumed a mobile home in the area. It was in the aftermath of this blaze that the sad discovery was made.
