Justin Green, a 35-year-old Black / African American male, was fatally shot on the evening of Saturday, June 22, 2019, in Wichita, Kansas. The incident occurred in a parking lot in the 2400 block of East 17th Street North, where a family gathering was taking place. When police arrived at the scene, they discovered Green with a gunshot wound to his body. He was pronounced dead at the location.
