On October 1, 2014, at approximately 3:03 PM, Johnie Lee Resper, an 18-year-old from Washington, DC, was tragically shot and killed in the 200 block of Adams Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) immediately began an investigation into the incident, seeking the public's assistance in gathering information.
