In the early morning hours of Sunday, October 21, 2018, the life of Marc Anthony Bolden, a 28-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Washington, D.C. He was discovered inside his vehicle in the unit block of New York Avenue NW, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
