Arvel Wills, a 31-year-old resident of Northeast Washington, D.C., was found deceased on August 15, 2020. The Metropolitan Police Department responded to the scene and discovered no signs of life. Wills was subsequently transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner for further examination.
