On the night of April 27, 2002, Jeramie Jay Bell, a 27-year-old Caucasian male, was fatally shot in Laughlin, Nevada. His death was a direct result of a violent and chaotic brawl between the Hells Angels and Mongols motorcycle clubs, an event that would come to be known as the "River Run riot". The deadly confrontation erupted inside Harrah's Casino during the annual Laughlin River Run motorcycle rally, which attracted thousands of bikers to the area.
