Juan Carlos Raya, a 34-year-old man, was fatally shot on February 2, 2018, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The incident occurred in the 4200 block of El Parque Drive, near Arville Street and Oakey Boulevard.
The investigation into Raya's death revealed that it was part of a series of homicides linked to the MS-13 gang.
