In the quiet neighborhood of North Las Vegas, the night of November 25, 2022, was shattered by violence that claimed the life of Brian Rayford, a 44-year-old Black male. The incident unfolded on the 3100 block of Plumwood Lane, where police were called to the scene around 10 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Rayford suffering from gunshot wounds to his torso.
