In the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver on the afternoon of November 22, 1973, a resident made a grim discovery in an alley near East 23rd Avenue and Ash Street: the body of a young man. The victim was later identified as 22-year-old Larry Biglow, a Black male who worked at May D&F. An investigation by the Denver Police Department determined that Biglow had been brutally beaten and shot to death.
