In the summer of 1981, a recent arrival to Denver, Colorado, found his life cut tragically short. Casimiro Villalobos, a 39-year-old male, had just returned from Mexico and was settling into the city. On the evening of June 14th, he decided to visit the Elbow Room Lounge, a local bar situated at the corner of 20th and Larimer Streets, for a few drinks.
