On a spring day in Denver, Colorado, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Marcus Shyne, a 24-year-old Black male, was found on April 15, 1986, in the 2500 block of Glenarm Street suffering from a gunshot wound. The severity of his injuries necessitated immediate medical attention, and he was rushed to Denver General Hospital. Despite the efforts of medical staff, Shyne ultimately succumbed to his injuries and passed away that same day.
