Death by Force

On September 5, 1980, Eugene "Gene" Magnan, a 33-year-old electrician and member of the Assiniboine Sioux Tribe, was fatally shot outside the White Horse Bar in Denver, Colorado. The incident occurred during the early hours of the morning as patrons were leaving the bar following a large fight that broke out at closing time.
