In the early hours of March 30, 2001, Jason Auguillard, a 24-year-old White male, was driving in Denver, Colorado, after leaving a local bar and grill with friends. As he navigated the area of Leetsdale Drive and South Monaco Parkway, an unknown individual in another vehicle traveling in the same direction opened fire.
