In a quiet Highlands Ranch, Colorado neighborhood, a heart-wrenching scene unfolded in April 2001, forever altering the lives of those who knew the Bishop family. Six-year-old Kelley Bishop, a young girl with her whole life ahead of her, was found deceased in her home.
