On a September evening in 2003, the life of Charleshis Theodore Mondine, a 26-year-old Black male musician, was tragically cut short in Aurora, Colorado. The night began with a performance at the Denver Elk's Club, a showcase of his musical talents. Following the show, Mondine and his friends sought to continue their celebration at Wolf's Bar.
