Death by Force

On January 11, 2004, David Gonzales, a 24-year-old male, was fatally shot in an incident that occurred near the intersection of East Harvard Avenue and South Sherman Street in Denver, Colorado. The events leading to his death began when David and a friend attended a house party in the area. During the evening, an argument broke out between David's friend and several other individuals at the party. As a result of this altercation, David decided to leave the party to avoid further conflict.
