In a quiet west Denver neighborhood, the night of May 21, 1992, was shattered by a sudden act of violence that claimed the life of 23-year-old Carlos Luna. A Hispanic male, Luna was at his home near the intersection of West 13th Avenue and Tennyson Street when a loud party across the street grew increasingly unruly.
