On July 10, 2007, 46-year-old Eusebio Barboza-Agular, a Hispanic male from Denver, stepped out of his house with his son to head to work from the 4300 block of Fillmore Street in Denver, Colorado. What should have been a routine departure turned suddenly ominous when an unknown male approached them outside their home.
