In the quiet city of Broomfield, Colorado, a residence in the 800 block of Lotus Way became the scene of a fatal encounter on September 19, 2015. On that day, 54-year-old Kobe Wiley was shot multiple times following a disturbance call that brought law enforcement to the home near Kohl Park.
